     Since 1991, Cordonna Associates, Inc. (CAI Technologies) has been providing design, development and installation of catalyst manufacturing facilities, processing equipment and testing systems. CAI's client's include some of the world's leading petrochemical, pharmaceutical and industrial products companies. CAI will provide automation and modernization of an existing processing line, or design of a complete catalyst manufacturing facility. A customer's process or product can be optimized to meet more stringent performance requirements, or reduce overall manufacturing cost. Catalyst and coating technologies are also available for most any application, and CAI offers a wide range of catalyst technologies for the production of environmental and industrial catalyst products. • Proprietary coatings that can be supported on a variety of substrate types including ceramic and metal honeycomb, extrusions, spheres, wound fibers and many other specialty supports.
  
  
• Proprietary precious and base-metal catalyst technologies are available to provide optimum performance and durability for each application. Manufacturing processes are developed for customer-specific environmental, pharmaceutical and industrial applications.
  
  
• CAI gives special attention to products for diesel emissions control. Diesel catalyst products are available for application on a variety of support materials including; metal and ceramic flow-through honeycomb, ceramic wall-flow particulate traps, high temperature filters, and other specialized substrate.
  
  
• CAI has designed and developed client facilities to produce environmental catalyst for both mobile and stationary applications. Some of our client's, together with their packaging partners, offer complete pre-engineered systems.
