- Manufacturing catalyst systems requires
a high level of technology. When a company
decides to expand their business to manufacture
catalyst in-house, technology is not always
available to supply this need. CAI provides
the product formulation and manufacturing
technology required to enter this business
rapidly, with much lower initial investment.

product formulation, manufacturing system
specifications, raw material sources, equipment,
plant layout, quality control and quality

"industry leading" formulations

performance and durability. When full ownership
of a proprietary catalyst formulation is desired,
new products can be developed on a contractual
basis.

formulation that has already been developed
in the laboratory, or successfully passed
pilot studies. CAI can provide the expertise
needed to qualify these systems and quickly
get them into full commercial scale manufacture.
