Countertop reverse osmosis systems by TGI! Available in a four stage attractive countertop design that includes a sediment, activated carbon, and carbon block pre-filter. These systems are also available with a built in booster pump for low water pressure conditions. Units have a 1.7 gallon holding tank, and can supply up to 35 gallons per day of purified drinking water. TGI countertop RO systems use only high quality filters and a T.F.C. reverse osmosis membrane. Units have easy access to filters for quick removal and replacement. Also included is an automatic shut-off feature that stops the purified water manufacturing process when the holding tank is full. Units use FDA approved materials of construction, and have a limited 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship. These countertop filters provide you with many benefits! The standard unit is supplied with a granular carbon cartridge which will remove bad taste, odor and many harmful contaminants from your water as well as suspended particulates 20 microns or greater in size. The deluxe "CleanSource" model comes with the high quality UltraCarb filter that contains a ceramic element with a 0.9 micron filtration efficiency, to remove rust, sediment and water-borne parasites like cryptosporidium and giardia. An extruded carbon block center contained inside the ceramic shell will reduce chlorine, unpleasant taste and odor, and is impregnated with a special absorbent to reduce lead. The CleanSource filter system contains an on-board microprocessor based flow meter that indicates when cartridge replacement is necessary. Both units include a diverter valve that easily attaches to your faucet. Replacement cartridges are supplied in quantities of three.
