Prices:
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. CAI shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors.

Forms of Payment:
Payments may be made by credit card, check, money order and electronic funds transfer. Currently, CAI accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. When paying by personal check, CAI will not release order for shipment until funds have cleared CAI account. When making payments by electronic funds transfer, all bank fees must be prepaid by purchaser.

Credit Terms:
All applicants for a credit account must first have a satisfactory history with CAI before they may purchase an order on credit. CAI reserves the right to make final judgment on all credit accounts. Payment for purchases made on a credit are 30 days from the date of the invoice and 2% of total invoice amount per month late fee unless otherwise agreed to by CAI. All merchandise sold by CAI shall remain the sole property of CAI until such time that payment in full for such merchandise is received.

Order Acceptance:
CAI reserves the right to decline acceptance of any order.

Purchase Orders:
If submitting orders via formal purchase order, CAI will not be obligated by any terms, conditions, stipulations, or prices contained on the purchase order. All orders are subject to CAI standard terms and conditions of sale.

Special Orders:
Special orders for non-stock or specialty items must be in writing and include all necessary information including, but not limited to, manufactures name and part number. All non-stock special order sales are final and can not be returned. Special orders may take 1 to 6 weeks for delivery depending upon manufacturer and specific item.

Refused Deliveries:
UPS refused deliveries will be charged a 20% restock fee. Common Carrier refused deliveries will be charged a 20% restock fee plus freight charges both ways.

Order Cancellation:
Any order cancelled will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.

Returned Merchandise:
CAI will pay shipping costs for the return of any items found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the applicable warranty period. Any non-defective merchandise returned to the factory must be issued a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#). In addition, shipping and handling costs for return of non-defective merchandise shall be borne by the purchaser. Please contact us by email or telephone to obtain an RMA number and the correct shipping address.

Return of Non-defective Items:
Returned merchandise must have a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the shipping container. Authorized returns must be issued an RMA number within 15 days from the date of buyer's receipt of merchandise. Shipment of authorized merchandise must occur within 7 days of issuance of RMA number. Returned of non-defective goods must be in their original shipping container, all packaging unopened and in good condition. A 20% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with CAI. Customer Privacy:
All customer information provided to CAI for the purpose of ordering or general correspondence is held in confidence. We do not sell, rent or share customer information with any non-affiliated third parties. Please See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Warranty:
All goods are warranted for materials and workmanship by manufacturer. While specific warranties for many goods exceed 1 year, the warranty period for all goods, excluding consumable items, shall be no less than 12 months from receipt of merchandise. Refer to factory for full warranty terms and warranty information covering a specific product. See our Choosing A Product page for more details on specific warranties.
