CAI provides free delivery for all of our water treatment products within the continental United States by UPS ground service. Express shipping by UPS Red or Federal Express can be arranged for some items at additional cost. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and any locations outside of the United States are billed in addition to any published pricing. CAI has a special arrangement with a 3rd party company that will allow forwarding of our products to most of Alaska for only a nominal additional charge - please email us for more information and a quote on these services. The map below provides general delivery times that you can expect using our free UPS ground delivery service. As most of our equipment is larger than a typical UPS package, we have found that a minimum of three working days is required by UPS to deliver our products after they leave our factory. While many pre-packaged items are in-stock and ship out soon after we receive your order, water softeners, automatic backwashing filters and other equipment that requires assembly will take one to two days to build before ready for shipping.
